On August 13, ten members of the Saint Thomas, Little Meadows, and Saint Francis, Friendsville, Parish Youth Group, along with chaperons, will be leaving for Italy and France. They will be visiting the Vatican in Rome and then on to the World Youth Day in Paris to meet up with the Pope. On August 3, Bishop James Timlin held a special mass for all those going to World Youth Day from the Diocese of Scranton. (see photo below)

After the mass a reception was held where the Bishop met with the youth of the diocese. Below is the Bishop along with the deligation from St Thomas & St Francis.
