Owego Elks Recognize Eagle and Gold Scouts

Owego Elks recognized outstanding young men and women who have excelled in developing their personal leadership skills, while performing needed community service. The young men achieved the rank of Eagle scout, after several years of work. The young ladies achieved Gold Scout recognition also after several years of work. Congratulations to each of these young people on their outstanding accomplishments and good lick in the future!
