A Ribbon Cutting was held June 12 for French Alley at 35 Lake Street in Owego. Donna McQueeney, owner and proprietor of French Alley, brings the essence of the French countryside to Owego. French Alley is a quaint shop built at the turn of the century and fully restored in 2008. The store features colorful Provence table linens, French pottery and French inspired home accessories. Hours of operation are: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Thursday 12:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
